مثانة

المثانة (بالإنجليزية Urinary bladder ) هي عبارة عن كيس غشائي عضلي مجوف بيضاوي الشكل يقع تحت الصفصاف في أسفل المنطقة الأمامية من الحوض و يتكون من انسجة عضلية ملساء لا ارادية و توجد عند منطقة اتصال المثانة بالمجرى البولي الخارجي الياف دائرية مخططة ارداية تتحكم بعملية التبول و يخزن البول القادم من الكلية في المثانة و ينتقل اليها عن طريق الحالب ويخرج عبر المجرى البولي الخارجي
